Enrolment Terms and Conditions

•  All students must complete an enrolment form and pay for the first lesson before commencing. 
• Students under 18 years must have the permission of their parent or guardian prior to enrolment.
• Lesson times will be negotiated directly between the student and tutor, or between the tutor and parent or guardian where applicable.
• Lessons are offered on a casual basis, however regular lessons encouraged for students to gain the most from continued tuition.
• Students are required to provide all resources for private use outside lesson times, ie. sheet music, MP3s, CDs, etc., unless otherwise arranged.
  

Payments and Cancellations

• Lesson fees are payable before or on the day of the lesson.
• Students who fail to pay lesson fees will have their enrolment discontinued.
• 24 hours notice applies to student cancellations or requests to reschedule lessons, otherwise the full fee is payable.
• Should the tutor need to cancel a pre-paid lesson, a new lesson time will be arranged within 7 days. If a new lesson time isn't able to be arranged within 7 days, the lesson fee will be refunded. 
• Payment of fees can be made via cash, credit card, PayPal or bank deposit. Payments made via bank deposit will need to be received prior to the lesson.
