The Sydney Fringe Festival is the most important arts event on the calendar for independent artists and creators. An advocate for new and independent theatre, Ruth Strutt appeared in The Things I Could Never Tell Steven at the New Theatre in Newtown.

​Written by Jye Bryant, directed by Alex Kendall Robson, and musically directed by Antonio Fernandez, this piece of relevant musical theatre challenges our assumptions around relationships and sexuality. Bryant demonstrates his acclaimed skill in writing comic yet poignant theatre set to a stunning contemporary score.
